Exactly as described. Very well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Tested the speaker when it arrived and it worked perfectly. I would be completely ecstatic if only I had not figured out and repaired the problem with my original speaker. This new speaker was already on the way, so seller is quick :). At least I have a spare for the future, lol.
