Designed for 1/4" (0.250") holes. The head is 0.700" in diameter and the length under the head is 0.700" with 0.500" of 1/4" diameter then tapering down. These are unique and are considered as a deluxe, higher end fastening system since they use a solid rubber stopper which is expanded into the materials to create strong holding and additional sealing over standard plastic or metal push anchors. Since they are rubber they are also less aggressive on the parts that are joined or sealed. For panel fastening this is by far the best solution in a push, screw type connector. Notice that there is a flat on the head which stops the rivet from rolling and is also used for some automatic operations. Although it's hard to see in the pictures the screw has a Phillips head, you can push or screw these in and to remove the screw is just backed out with a Phillips screwdriver.
