The TRX Elite was in new condition just as stated in the description of the sale. Everything that should have been included was in the box. The packaging was great, The mail service would have to work hard to destroy the contents. The price was an excellent value compared to the systems offered on the TRX website. I was disappointed that this model did not come with adjustable foot cradle straps but that's not the fault of the seller. Great product!
