Good packaging and it came within the time they mentioned. They also responded to me in a timely manner when I reached out to them with questions about the product. I had a question about the lug width specifically, and wasn't sure if it was 16mm where it connects. it is. So, this fits a 16mm lug width, it's just that it flares out after that to a wider width, which is what I wanted. They responded to all of this and it is a good product. Seems sturdy. I'd buy from them again.
