I liked the quality of this product and its fast delivery. However, the inner foil on this product was already torn, so it arrived with Essence flowing. I was offended, so I sent a message and a photo to the seller. He didn't send the item in that condition, but he trusted me and responded quickly. He also gave me a quick refun and a good gift. This seller I believe it was a good and reliable seller for a quick response so that I can see why he scored well.
