The item was purchased and shipped out quickly. Unfortunately, I need to cancel at the last minute. Item was shipped the same day which was great. When I called to cancel, they said it already shipped but just turn around and ship it back. The shipment was delivered next day. They included a return label just in case as a standard practice. Which is great! I had the UPS driver wait while I changed the shipping label to the return label. Within the next couple days my refund was issued.
I was really pleased with the whole process of this experience, from the initial email and phone call to make sure the item ordered was correct for my vehicle, the shipping was fast and the packing was safe and secure.
