It came as shown in good condition with all the pads and plenty of hook and loop stickers to apply the pads as needed. Quality appears to be good. I haven’t used it yet. I only have one issue, it be nice if there were instructions on how to attach the bungee cords. Over all it’s a good looking bump helmet for the price.
