This base assembly fits the all the 5A style vises with the square beam mechanics, including the Wilton 745 & 21400 1550 with the C-C on the mounting holes should be 5 1/8" with a max OD of your base at 6 3/4" It will come with Metric 12 MM bolts and handles.
