Inner bag (unattached) is stinky but I guess that happens over time. Also the zipper of the inner bag is very hard to pull. It can be pulled but probably needs some lubricant of some kind. I don't want to yank it and leave it for someone who has more "know how." Currently, I have only pulled the zipper as far as shown I talked to my brother (it was his and he's a diver) and he said the "stickiness" of the zipper is intentional because of the sealant used .
