Frame was indeed new and unused as described. No parts ever mounted or installed. No damage. There was one minor setback with the shipping time. However, the seller communicated with me and handled everything. The discount offered by the seller on this brand new frame made it a great value purchase.
Shipped quickly no issues, packaging could have been better, no protection for the item and the box was too small, so it was really stuffed in there. I would have liked a more quality pack. Item is as described, looks great. Happy with the price.
