Seller shipped the item promptly following the sale, and it arrived much more quickly than I expected (12 days between shipping and arrival)! I appreciated that the seller provided updates after shipping, though I didn’t require additional communication after that. The item was so nicely packaged and is as described, in great/new condition. I love the ears. And they were a great price. I appreciate the seller’s communication regarding the expected shipping date. However, I was not expecting the package to require a signature since this was not mentioned on the listing or in messages. As a result there was extra hassle and the ears got here a few days later than they could have. I would recommend adding that to the item description so buyers are aware. This was definitely an inconvenience I wasn’t expecting.
