Arrived in good condition, it was a couple days late from posted arrival date. I wasn't able to track it because the tracking number provided showed it hadn't even left the facility, that it hadn't traveled anywhere. However it did arrive and I am using it. Overall good experience.. I was happy to have found a replacement remote for my older TV! I would buy from this seller again.

Item exactly as described. My only issue was the length of time to be delivered, not the sellers issue. Shipping was a bit expensive compared to Australia but that is due to the American postal system.
