This is a Dale Earnhardt Sr #8 GM Goodwrench Performance Parts 1987 Nova 1:24 Die Cast 101137. Dale Sr had a #8 Nova built during the mid - 1980s that he used to race in the NASCAR Busch Grand National Series. He racked up 21 wins in 136 starts while racing in the Busch series. The Nova actually started with the Wrangler Jeans sponsorship but in 1988 picked up the famous GM Goodwrench sponsorship and eventually the partnership carried over to Earnhardt Sr's Cup career. Die cast in VG condition, just a little bit of scuffing on the #8 decal on the car roof. Sleeve has some storage wear on edges and corners. Box has just slight storage wear. See pics to decide. The die cast car was actually much nicer than I expected. The seller commented that there was some paint bubbling, but it was barely noticeable. The car arrived within a few days of purchase. Very satisfied with my purchase and the seller.
