  1. I ordered 2 rugs and only received 1! When I asked about it, they told me they shipped them separately; however would not provide the tracking number for the second rug. I paid over $17 in shipping to ship both rugs and when I asked for a refund they only refunded me the cost of the rug. Not a good experience with this seller.

  2. Sent wrong size. Said he had warehouse full and would send the right size. Had to question him about refund since he said he sent refund, but didn't. Then he sent refund, but he said he would get rain boots the size I need and would send to me, but no rain boots.
