Seller and I never communicated, so I can t rate that higher. I may buy again from seller. But is seller responsible for shipping? I was promised overnight shipping. Product is great, but I rate my overall experience Neutral because Negative is greyed out for some reason. I was promised and paid for overnight shipping, but it didn t arrive for four days. If Amazon ships, that should be made clear. Don t promise overnight shipping unless it can be delivered.
