Ordered two. Prompt shipment & safely packaged. Good communication from the seller. Items listed as new & unopened, but security tape looked tampered with, so I cut the tape with a knife to open the boxes. Both units were missing their batteries (that should have included with a "new and unopened unit"). Contacted seller, and at their request provided photos of the tampered security tape. Purchase price was refunded. Frustrating purchase, but situation was handled well by seller. Errors happen.
Item arrived on time!! I contacted the Seller about what I saw listed but they sent me a low profile video card..I asked for advice on if he either had another one or what to do to make this a high profile to what I needed..Don't go by these pictures people!! The Seller never contacts anyone anytime..The last transaction was horrible..I lost an important contract from it..I use this Seller due to we are in the same city but I do not think the Seller cares about that!!
Seller is very good. Originally, seller only shipped me one graphics card and their ad is for lot of you. I notified seller the same day I received the one graphics card. Seller immediately replied and apologize for their error. Seller immediately ship me the second graphics card as stated in their ad. Their price for two graphics card is very good.
