Computer came quickly and was very nice. I couldnt figure out the how to get the office 2021 to install. The seller did everything they could to help me and sent me the keys. I just couldnt figure it out. Im not good with computers at all. So its not their fault. I returned the computer and they responded very fast with a return label and refunded me all my money as soon as they got it back. This is a very good seller! I wish i could have figured it out.
