The item was exactly as described. The original description stated "new in box", however, when the seller saw that it was no longer in it's original box as shown, he immediately contacted me to let me know this, and to ask if I still wanted to purchase the item. This is an honest, conscientious, seller who was willing to refund my money if I no longer wanted the item. But I did, and when I received it, it was packed very well in another box and came without being damaged. It was perfect.

After receiving the equalizer from this seller, there was a test piece missing in the box that was described in the listing (which turned out to be in error). After contacting them about this issue, The Seller acted IMMEDIATELY to resolve this issue. You couldn't of asked for a faster response. I would definitely recommend this seller. I also hope we can do business sometime again in the future. Thank-You very much again for all your Help.
