Product was shipped quickly, packaged securely and as described. Unfortunately for us, we encountered and issue that we weren't able to correct, even with the help of the seller. It wasn't something that would have been easily found with basic function testing, so I certainly don't fault the seller. They went above and beyond to assist, but ultimately ended up refunding the sale. Return shipping was easy and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!
