The item was shipped the next day and was very nicely packed. It arrived fully intact and undamaged 5 days later via UPS, sooner than expected. The item was exactly as described and pictured except that the power adapter that was both listed and pictured was not in the box. I notified them of the missing item late Friday night, and I received a speedy response and was promptly issued a full refund by Sunday. Things didn't work out as I had expected or hoped, but I am satisfied with the result

The unit was in fantastic condition but did come with an admin password, however the password was in the listing and the selling helped me through it. The Mac Studio was sold for a great price and overall a very positive experience and high quality customer service. I do highly recommend this seller. This really complete my set up and now I can do some real heavy lifting.
shipped quickly, packaging was a bit ripped however it stood against rain so it did its job. came as described almost like new. had all the cables, i am short a cable but that is because of my own foresight not counting how many sata cables there would be.
