Item is in very good condition for a used school system laptop thats 5 years old. all lights work, screen is in great shape, charger was included. speed and hard drive size are good for a machine like this. mechanically excellent. for a $60 laptop this is a good buy. BUT, machine does NOT come with a touch screen mentioned in description. Nor is it a 2-in-1 which is what I thought I was buying. Searched for 2-in-1, Ebay included it in results, and the Dell 3190 has a 2-in-1 variant.

  2. Wonderful so far. Does everything I need it to do! I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 (took a while though!) A few barely noticeable scratches on the screen, came clean and easy to set up. The "I" key came messed up, but I was easily able to fix it. Just be aware that there were many updates needing done, and it took about a day for me. Battery also doesn't last super long, but this is likely a result of me connecting it to various devices.

  3. Got the laptop and it would not boot from hard drive. Had to reset bios to original configuration. Booted from then on. Was able to upgrade to windows 11 for free. The laptop is in very good condition and everything works great.
