When I buy a partially working unit, I do not expect a lot, so want good value, so was pleasantly surprised as it very was well packaged, appearance was like new, etc. And of course the description was complete. Of course had the seller mentioned it was coming in the original QNap freight shipping box, complete with cords, etc. I would have been delighted! Great seller. Glad to know

Shipping was super quick. The case was packed excellently, but unfortunately the case was damaged in transit. Not so bad as to require any support. Aside from the damage, the case is exactly as described and the price was excellent. I just wish my Shipping companies weren't so heavy handed with my packages.
