The item was well packaged and was in the protective sleeve I’ve seen other sellers skimp out on which is great. My item was shipped within I believe 12 hours of purchase. The team reached out and let me know it was on its way and asked me to let me know if I had any issues. I did not have any at all. Installed quick and easy all cores show up. The quality of customer service was awesome. The value for the cpu was great. And it looks awesome. Would recommend and will look for their items again.
The item was packaged excellently and with great care, arriving in even better condition than I had expected. Communication with the seller has been among the absolute best out of anyone. While I was confused regarding the lack of a male-to-male 3.5 mm cable, the description didn't necessarily state one would be included outside of the specifications listed, and the images did seem to show what came with the product as advertised. Great value all-in-all, and no real issues with the shipping.
