I just want to start by saying Paleomaxx quickly saw and accepted my first best offer which is really cool. It was safely packed in strong bubble wrap in a discrete package and delivered by FedEx 5 days after purchase. The laptop I bought was EXACTLY as described, with no issues regarding Computrace or supervisor password! I ran a complete diagnostic and everything came back with flying colors. This laptop was worth the time and money, and I WILL be buying from Paleomaxx again! Thanks a lot!
My order shipped out quickly and was packaged well. Item condition was as pictured. Seller was also very communicative and helped correct an error with my shipping details very quickly. I do want to note that the listing mentioned the storage was removed; however, it didn't mention the entire bracket/cable for the SSD was removed. The item was sold as-is / for parts, so not a huge deal. I'd still recommend the seller and would buy from them again.
Just awesome to purchase from and work with! We hit a bump in the road with some technical issues, but this seller was more than willing to work things out for the both of us. And I had never seen such awesome shipment packaging on a computer! It was "made to order" packing, and the computer would have survived an earthquake the way in which it was packaged! I kept the packing material just in case I needed to pack something myself!
