Very nice folks to deal with. I had an issue with the computer in that it came up when turned on but when I tried to initiate a command it shut down and it was plugged in. I was not relying the battery. I explained my issue as best I could to the seller and they promptly issue a return authorization. I would certainly deal with them again as they were very cordial and helpful in resolving the issue. Thank you. I would recommend buying from someone who stands behind their product.
Just received the laptop along with it being my first time buying off of eBay and I will say that I’m extremely pleased so far with the all around experience. Excellent quality in great condition with the appearance that it came straight out of the box as brand new and for the value and the insurance protection. I believe I’ve made a good decision
