Description This is a tested and working vintage Dell Latitude CPx Pentium III laptop. It comes with Windows 2000 Pro installed, and the original power adapter. The original Ni-MH rechargeable CMOS battery was removed, and replaced with a super capacitor. While it only lasts for a few days if the system is unplugged while the main battery is empty, or removed, it's good enough for normal use, and will not leak. The hard drive has been fully tested for bad sectors. The BIOS has been updated with the latest version. The keyboard, palm rest show minimal signs of use. The outer case has a few minor scuffs and scratches. The screen hinges are tight. It has a fresh copy of Windows 2000 Pro installed with all the drivers installed, plus the unofficial SP5.1 update pack. The screen is bright with good color and brightness. There is a small scratch in the lower right corner near the clock on the task bar. The battery is working, but not guaranteed.
