  1. When I first received the printer, it did not work - DOA. It would not print. After talking to the HP chatbot, it suggested that I get new printer cartridges. Being kind of leery about investing money into a DOA printer, I contacted the seller. He went out of his way to send me two new cartridges. They worked. That is the kind of support I would expect from a seller! Thanks!

  2. The seller was very good for their part. I unfortunately still had my old address in the system and it was sent there. I have not been able to retrieve it as yet. I am in Washington state now not in Georgia where it was sent. The only thing I can recommend to any other person is make sure your information is current.
