  1. The description was completely accurate. The box was sealed in factory plastic like you would expect. It was shipped and arrived very quickly. I would note that there was no shipping box or material beyond the product box itself. Just a label slapped on. This was enough for it to get here safely I suppose, but in general I prefer the product box to be protected and kept nice right along with it's content. I'd certainly buy from again, but would ask to pay more for some shipping materials.

  2. Received 4 units promptly and in good condition! 1 was missing, as I had ordered 5 units! Received quick communication from the seller after making him aware of the issue. He offered to send another Model or to refund for the missing unit. He did his best to make amends for the mix up which I think was not his mix up but rather the shipper (UPS)!

  3. Seller, with 20,000 transactions, should have known that UPS won't deliver to a PO Box. UPS delivered to an old address where I hadn't lived for years. I spend an hour on the phone trying to get UPS to make sense, then drove 40 miles to retrieve the package. Item is great, but seller dropped the ball.
