We were without heat because we needed this part they were selling it cheaper than anyone else. It was scheduled to be delivered in 8 to 10 days. I wrote to them and asked if I could pay for quicker shipping by the next morning it shipped and was now scheduled that Saturday so that was 5 to 7 days quicker already but it came Thursday and worked perfectly as described so we were only without heat for 2 days. Motor arrived as described, plugged in tested perfect. Runs. Very happy with the shipping , motor was packaged safely inside a box with plenty bubble wrap. The price was definitely right for a used working unit. seller sent it how I wanted to avoid postal strike. Very happy.
