Computer booted right up to Windows XP first time I tried it. I was pleased to also see that it had an older version of Chrome on it with the normal warnings from Chrome that this is too old and it's not going to be supported yada yada yada. Excellent packaging. Since everything was working perfectly there was no need to communicate with the seller.
