There customer service is great, shipping is quick, Responding to questions and problems after the sale was great. I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. I bought a laptop which doesnt have one property was in the advertise, but the communication with the customer service was fantastic, they tried to solve the problem but finally i had to change it.
