Shipping time was fine. All 3 arrived together in a timely manner and match the picture from the listing. It was sealed together tightly in a bubble envelope then placed in a bigger thin bag. When I opened the package, all the bottles were wet. I’m not sure where the liquid came from because none of the products are liquid, they’re all thicker like a cream. No damage to the products so overall happy with the purchase!
My original package arrived and one can had leaked, and was completely empty. I contacted the seller, GetFreakyBeauty, explained the situation and asked if they would replace the empty can. They responded immediately and said they'd be happy to replace the can. I'm very pleased with their customer service and will look for products from them in the future.
