When I contacted them about a "missing" piece, they provided a tip for locating it and listed actions they could take on their end to aid with the location. Spoiler alert: they had packed everything so well that in my excited state, I overlooked one of the two fragile items, which was separate and well protected. My porcelain cat doll is just one of my few holidays cat dolls, I put up just for the season or holiday. I love her. Thank you very much. I can tell she was well cared for.
