This stunning multi-story building has tan exterior with green trim, brown door and yellow windows, Christmas wreath's over the door, vines growing up the side, gold knobs in front and snow on roof. The Nephew Fred's Flat looks beautiful when lit. Size: 4 1/2" long x 4 ½" wide x 8 1/2" tall". Trees are not included. This beautiful Christmas collectible makes a classy addition to any village collection. The Nephew Fred's Flat is in good condition for being over 30 years old and has beautiful artwork, color and design, each piece is properly marked on the bottom of the piece.
