Item was as described and arrived quickly, packaged well - but the glass was broken and the top corner of the frame was cracked/broken on arrival. Shipping cost was extremely high ($340) and disappointing given the damage. Seller initially responded about filing a claim, but it's been over 6 weeks with no follow-up. Hoping for resolution but communication has dropped off.
