Seller is a great friendly communicator and kept me informed as he confirmed and shipped off this Department 56 NY Yankees Stadium. My son is going to LOVE this! The product was shipped promptly and content was as represented. It arrived in good packaging and a good value. Th issue was it was destroyed in shipment. The seller was very proactive in assisting me with a refund, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them in the future. It was unfortunate but it all worked out fine.
