The mug was packed well and arrived in a reasonable time frame. The mug appears to be as described and even has remnants of a price tag sticker which leads to believe it is in fact new, although some small specks of dirt were inside the mug (possibly from the shipping process). The price was reasonable aside from the shipping cost, but it did come with tracking information.
Packaging was super! I was so nervous buying this large tabletop ornament thinking it would never arrive in one piece. I was so excited to unwrap it and see how beautiful the piece was! Thank you for the extra care to package it well. Shipping was very quick. Would recommend this seller.
