The item in the picture advertises was not the item I received. The Velcro was not with the order as shown in the picture which made the item unusable.They did communicate with me and gave me a return label. I shipped the item back but I had to contact eBay to get a refund. eBay stated that they are a great company. There was just a misunderstanding in communication. In the end everything turned out fine.
Arrived amazingly fast! The color is a bit lighter than in the photo--not that I care. Also more lightweight than I expected, as it looks so much like stoneware rather than an amalgam. That is all to the good. Very happy with this purchase and I will keep an eye out for other items from this vendor.
