Has one small chip on rim, no other flaws noted. Please see photos for full condition details. Measures approximately 10-3/4" diameter, approximately 3-1/2" high at highest ruffle point. Because the edge is ruffled, the flat surface of the stand is more like 8" across (so if you intend to use it to display a cake, I recommend that the cake is no more than 8" to ensure that it lays properly).
