Shipping was fast, well packaged. The seller was responsive to questions. The item needed some cleaning but was in excellent working condition. I dismantled and reassembled the ceramic valve assembly for a smoother turning action of the selector knob. Works great on my Breville Duo Temp BES810. I would buy again from this seller.
Arrived as expected with good packaging. Good communication from seller. Item is exactly as described. Looks great and fits perfectly. Shop Vac no longer in business and my vaccum is still going strong and from 1983!
Seller sent it quickly, however, USPS kept sending it hither and yon, so it took about 3 weeks to receive it. It was packed well, and received as described. Sold at a good price, too!
