I ordered a 10 mm connector clasp on 16 Oct., ETA Nov. 6–Nov. 19 via USPS. Seller’s reviews mentioned fast shipping, so I hoped for that. A Nov. 11 email stated tracking was available; daily check gave NO information re package thru Nov. 19. I should’ve requested a refund then. Item shipped & arrived Nov. 21 via UniUni. No explanation for the extra wait. The clasp was smaller than expected; the mechanism broke that same day. Based on the service & item I got, I can’t recommend seller/product.
