These were exactly as shown and even better when received. I don’t have photos as I placed one I opened back in its packing and box and both put away for May when I’ll replant two holiday cacti that have grown and need a larger pot. This was a great buy in value and I believe I asked a question of seller and they responded immediately. Must admit something strange - the info and shipping receipt was from Home Depot - there are none where I live. My daughter says it looks like a resale?
Alls well that ends Well - Communication was Somewhat Lacking - A struggle to purchace 4 of the 5 available - Seller sent an offer, but wasn't apply at checkout - Had to purchase 1 and buy again to purchase 4 - sent massage through eBay asking questions and stating my needing 4 - Asking that all be shipped together - No response from seller - 3 shipped in a package, arrived quickly - 1st item took several days longer - Communication is Everything - seller volunteered NONE
This adapter arrived by FEDEX this afternoon on time, packaged well, undamaged, and is just what I ordered. This adapter is a replacement for the first one I ordered that got “Lost” in transit. When the first one didn’t show up on time I contacted the Seller who very politely and professional said “sorry for the inconvenience, we are sending you another”.
