  1. Because the shop chose to use a horrible shipping partner, the item took 23 days to get here and we're both on the same coast in the US; that's an unacceptable time frame. Had they shipped directly with the USPS, it could have taken 1/3 that amount of time to get here. The item is as pictured, and works well, and that's the only reason I'm giving this a positive review.
