Very Disappointing Experience The item I received was not as described, and when I opened a legitimate return request, the seller repeatedly pressured me to cancel it. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the seller sent messages that felt threatening, accusing me of “abusing” the returns system even though I followed eBay rules. I had to escalate the matter because the seller was forcing me to cancel the return, rather than accepting responsibility for the incorrect item description
Outstanding effort by this seller to get this aerial to me!! First attempt, message from EVRI - 'we have your parcel'. Then nothing. Contacted seller, another one was dispatched. Same message from EVRi followed by next day 'something went wrong, we're looking into it'. I contacted seller again and they'd ALREADY dispatched a THIRD aerial!! I received it today, packing was damaged but flexible aerial was ok. This is courier handling. THANK YOU seller for all your effort!
excellent seller after the courier lost the item i contacted the seller who couldn't do enough to rectify the problem even sent the replacement at my request by another courier for no extra charge . Would definitely recommend this company . The goods brought were of good quality I would definitely use this company again . I've said that the goods didn't arrive on time but can't stress enough this was down to the courier service and no fault of the seller .
