The condition Of the purse was as advertised and I love it. It was at a great price and I'm very happy with it. Shipping was fast and the purse arrived earlier than expected! The item was just as described and I’m very happy with the bag overall. However, the bag was shipped in a poly mailer with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it in the case the bag ripped in transit. Even though these are sold at a discount the bags are still designer and I would expect a higher level of care taken with them when shipping.
I ordered this purse, but unfortunately, the strap was significantly damaged and not as described. The dust bag was also smaller than that purse. I immediately contacted the seller, explained my concern, and submitted photos. The seller offered a discount, which I accepted.
