Dealing with this seller was extremely easy: they are very responsive, their description of the product was accurate, the price was fair, there was some effort with the packaging, which takes me to the only thing that I’d like to see them do better. I bought a luxury bag, I would have liked to see maybe an extra layer of bubble wrap and more importantly the hardware on the bag wrapped (which they weren’t at all. Other than that , like I said, very easy to deal with. Thank u 4 the present btw🙏
I originally received the wrong item. Same color and same fabric but a different style. This seller responded immediately with an apology, sent a shipping label for return. Because it couldn't be an exchange, I returned the originally received item and the seller gave me a discount on the item I wanted for my "troubles". The orginally ordered item was recieved in perfect condition, and quickly. I would 100% buy from this seller again.
Great price and fast shipping. Product was wrapped securely so there wasn’t any shipping damage. Reviews about this product stated it would have a pleasant floral smell and I don’t feel it does. I’m not sure if that is my personal preference or the product. The seller was knowledgeable about this product and answered all my questions.
