Item arrived as described and in appropriate packaging. I know that the Vince top was sold in stores years ago and so was happy with the condition as very gently used. I can't really comment on the value as there were not other tops to compare it to and I do not buy much on resale sites. The seller did negotiate and I was willing to pay the final agreed upon price. The packaging was ebay packaging, which was a nice touch.
