Seller and I experienced issues with the USPS (hey DOGE, look no further !). USPS lost item and gives you the consumer NO REMEDY. Seller was profusely apologetic, as they did not have another of that same item to re-send to me. Seller allowed me to choose another item of my choice from their bounty of wares, and did NOT charge me extra though the item I chose was significantly more expensive! The seller realized he did not have the patch in stock, however, he was honest and up front about the mistake. The seller offered me any other patch in his inventory in substation. The seller then found the original patch I originally wanted and included both patches in my order. Honest and up front seller. Good packaging. Overall the order wasn't perfect but the seller was honest about the mistake.
