I ordered this item and the following day I received a message from the seller with a photo. It said the figurine had some disfigurement on the faces from being in storage. Seller offered a full refund & would wait for my reply. From the photo, it wasn't acceptable for what I was going to use it for. A refund was issued the same day. Things happen but how it is handled is most important. What a wonderful seller! AAA+++
My Trivial Pursuit “Young Players Edition” arrived on time, all good there. The packaging was fine, the inside was protected by a brown paper bag like wrapping. The item I received was even better than the description. Not abused or neglected in any way. The price was excellent too, the shipping cost was more than the item I bought.
