Like new upgraded radio. I had emailed the seller . He responded quickly and knowledgeable. I felt confident I would have the right unit and I felt confident it would be an easy swap out but if I did need help . They'd be there. Afterwards, my ex took the box radio everything ,( I never even saw it) I gotta thinking about a core so I emailed over , BOOM fast response! I guess everything was in the box . Ex never noticed it. Got it right out same day they emailed me. Radio was plug and play
I had selected an item that I thought would work on a 2013 Buick Enclave to replace LCD screen / AM/FM control system. I contacted seller w vehicle VIN; replied quickly that they could order and get in another model that would work. I was happy to pay the extra for the added knowledge that it would be more likely to work in my vehicle. UNIT WORKS! PACKAGED WELL! It is from a Chevy Traverse (not Buick) but similar. If I need similar parts in the future I will turn to this seller first.

It was in exactly the condition that was described. It was shipped quickly and was well-packed. It was very easy to install, and now we can play CDs again.
